We were camping at Maple Lakes Campground and our water line was leaking all over when we turned the pump on or used the Spicket from the campground. This would’ve totally ruined our camping experience, but we found a business card pinned to a corkboard at the reservation office and gave them a call. Mind you,… This was 8 PM on a Friday night. Expecting to get a voice message, they answered the phone. The owner, Joe Shaw told me he would be right out to my surprise. He showed up 20 minutes later with one of his service technicians, Blaze Tooley. He troubleshooting the problem and was very creative to fix my problem and to save me money. Their service was Exemplary!! They were courteous, kind, and professional. They are what I call”old-school” great service. I live 2.5 hours away from their shop, but I will be bringing my camper to them for all my future service. If I could rate them a 10 I would! Super satisfied customer, Rando Morgan

I called and got an estimate lined up very quickly! The secretary was great to deal with and she was very helpful in getting on the schedule within a couple weeks; not months! Gabe came out and worked diligently from 9am-3pm. The finishing product was great and we’d definitely go with Elite RV Repair with any future needs! Overall we were very happy with their services!

The team at elite is very good to work with, very informative, very professional. They are Quick and efficientand did not have it a long period of time. They took pictures as they was dismantling as I had a water leak in the roof and wall. Kept me informed at all times wanted to know my decisions before proceeding. And they took pictures as rebuilding and putting everything back together and I feel they went over and above and did good quality work ,very happy, very satisfied with the team elite. I will recommend them to others and will use them again in the future as needed.

I have used Elite three times on two different campers in the past two seasons and the experience has always been great! Good work, fast service and amazing communication! Workers are all polite and ready to help any way they can! A far better choice than many of the dealerships in the area.
